We offer Aerial Hoop and Aerial Hammock classes!
Aerial Hoop (or sometimes known as Aerial Lyra) uses a hoop suspended in the air to perform tricks.
Aerial Hammock uses a fabric suspended from the air to perform tricks.
For Aerial Hoop & Aerial Hammock, they are offered in various levels depending on your experience [Lowlight / Midlight / Highlight]

Exo Heels typically uses Pleasers or Boots for Floorwork, whereas
Stiletto Heels uses shorter strapped heels for FloorworkGrow your self-confidence while getting a good Cardio workout in!

We offer Aerial Yoga / Aerial Stretch - which is a type of yoga or stretch class that uses a suspended Hammock that aids some individuals to go deeper into stretches and poses.
We also offer Mat Yoga - such as Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Flexibility Yoga!
Mat Yoga takes place solely on the floor, focusing more on grounding and stillness.If you ask us which we prefer, we honestly can’t give you an answer! Both has its own amazing benefits and definitely improves mindfulness.

In a creative space where creativity flows, we will also be teaching Dance choreographies! Mainly focusing on contemporary pieces for now.
We wanted to open up normal dance classes for our students to not only learn & train, but to also improve musicality, flow, and body awareness. Not to mention the other numerous benefits there are to dance, such as mobility and flexibility.
Do take note that we currently only offer Drop-In Workshops with 2 levels of Contemp Dance available. A different choreo will be taught each week.
Contemp 1 classes will be a lot more beginner-friendly, slower-paced, and shorter choreographies ; focused more on fundamentals and musicality.
Contemp 2 classes are longer & more advanced choreographies, faster-paced ; focused more on perfecting the choreo, and liquidity of movements. -
On top of choreos, tricks, and flows - We also want to cultivate a space where our students and instructors are motivated train at!
Hence, we aim to open more specific and focused classes too ;
Mobility helps improve muscle strength, movement, joint health, motor control, body awareness, and agility (i.e., hip flexors, shoulder opening, dynamic movements).
Flexibility helps in improving performance in physical activities, encourages better range of motion, improves muscle effectiveness, and helps for certain tricks or poses in other types of classes / apparatus (i.e., hamstrings, backbends).
Stretch helps in decreasing risk of injuries, aids with posture & alignment & muscle recovery, increase muscle blood flow, helps in relaxation & stress-relieving.Do note that only Drop-Ins are available for Focused classes [NO TRIALS]
