Exo Heels: Exo Heels classes are designed to build your self-confidence while providing a powerful cardio workout, focusing on sensual and fluid movements often incorporating floor work. Typically, students wear Pleasers or boots, allowing for dynamic and expressive floor techniques. These classes offer a blend of dance styles, emphasizing self-expression and empowerment.
Stiletto Heels: Stiletto Heels classes prioritize mastering the technical aspects of dancing in high, thin-heeled shoes, specifically shorter strapped heels suitable for floor work. These classes focus on balance, posture, and alignment, while building self-confidence and providing a cardio workout. Expect to learn choreographed routines that emphasize grace and control.

We currently only offer Trials & Drop-In Classes for our Heels classes, with Term Choreo coming in Term 2 for Exo Heels
Trials are a one-time class that students can sign up for anytime. These classes can vary in terms of what is taught (i.e., specific tricks / a short combo). Trial classes are up to the instructors’ on what is being taught as these classes are catered specifically for first-timers or extreme beginners.
Drop-In classes are a one-time class that students can sign up for anytime. These classes can vary in terms of what is taught (i.e., specific tricks / a short combo). Feel free to let your instructor know beforehand if you have any requests. Compared to Trials, Drop-In classes are slightly faster-paced and more intensive in terms of what’s being taught.
